At Vycente, each item is custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand process. Because of this, all sales are final. This means once you hit that order button, it's a done deal—no take-backs, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes

Slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products and are not considered defects.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for incorrect sizing chosen by the customer, buyer’s remorse, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
